Instructional Designer

About the role

The Instructional Designer will shape learning experiences for employees and clients by creating bilingual (English‑Spanish) training materials, courses, and programs. Working closely with subject‑matter experts, you will ensure that learning solutions are engaging, effective, and aligned with our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop e‑learning modules, instructor‑led training assets, job aids, videos, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build curricula tailored to specific teams and departments.
• Apply adult‑learning principles to create learner‑centric, interactive content.
• Use multimedia tools to incorporate visuals, animations, and simulations.
• Maintain and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS) with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Create assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate, adapt, and localize SOPs, job aids, and training modules bi‑directionally (English ↔ Spanish) for LATAM and global agents.
• Maintain a bilingual repository of learning assets to streamline onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instructional design methodologies and best practices.
• Strong ability to collaborate with SMEs and translate technical content into clear learning materials.
• Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Excellent project‑management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Instructional design software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
• Multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
