About the role

Cayacoa Group is seeking a passionate Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions that turn large volumes of information into reliable, decision‑ready assets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support the company’s real‑estate and tourism projects in the Punta Cana region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and systems.
• Manage, tune, and optimize relational databases.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and consistency.
• Automate data‑management and transformation workflows.
• Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and deliver efficient solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering, processing, or architecture.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving orientation.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, cloud platforms or automation is a plus.
