Ingeniero Senior

About the role

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and control of construction projects. This role ensures that schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety, and contractual requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initiation to delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate work crews, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, costs, and objectives.
• Monitor physical and financial progress of works.
• Control quality of executed works according to technical specifications.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment for proper project development.
• Prepare progress reports, indicators, and management dashboards.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, supervisors, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project execution and administration.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, quantity take‑offs, and cost control.
• Familiarity with construction, quality, and industrial safety regulations.
• Willingness to work on-site in Barahona.
