About the role

The Senior Construction Engineer will lead the planning, execution, and control of construction projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contractual requirements. This position is based in Punta Cana and requires on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from initiation to delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate work crews, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, costs, and objectives.
• Monitor physical and financial progress of works.
• Control quality of executed works according to technical specifications.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment for proper project development.
• Prepare progress reports, indicators, and management dashboards.
• Enforce safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, supervisors, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project execution and administration.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, quantity take‑offs, and cost control.
• Familiarity with construction, quality, and industrial safety regulations.
• Availability to work on‑site in Punta Cana.
