About the role

The Maintenance Engineer for the North Zone will ensure the operational continuity, safety, reliability and efficiency of fuel service stations. You will lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs, manage contractors and budgets, and support continuous improvement across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance plans for service stations and associated equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance activities to guarantee operational continuity and safety.
• Conduct technical inspections to identify risks, non‑conformities and improvement opportunities.
• Diagnose complex failures and propose cost‑effective solutions to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring the quality of services delivered.
• Administer budgets and optimise maintenance costs without impacting operations.
• Identify and report operational risks and ensure proper functioning of fuel dispensing equipment.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar maintenance roles.
• Result‑oriented, strong planning abilities and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, failure analysis, spare‑parts management, technical drawing interpretation, and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with maintenance management software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple locations.
