About the role

We are looking for a Quality Operations Engineer I to support the manufacturing and assembly of products that meet B. Braun’s high standards for quality and cost efficiency. The role involves applying engineering principles to develop and improve production processes while ensuring product consistency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product specifications, part drawings, and engineering data to design new production processes.
• Recommend changes to work methods or operation sequences that reduce risk, cost, and waste.
• Increase yields, productivity, and overall product quality through process optimization.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or related field) required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a quality‑focused role within manufacturing or related industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
