Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+) to serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and oversee daily IT operations. The role combines hands‑on support, system administration, network management, and security responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, network, and system incidents, meeting SLA targets.
• Manage identity and access solutions such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace, including provisioning and off‑boarding.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365).
• Deploy and manage Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and enforce endpoint protection.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security audits, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
