Group Leader - Turno C

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Group Leader for Turno C to oversee assembly and packing operations within a manufacturing environment. The role ensures compliance with manufacturing and quality regulations while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate assembly and packing activities across the assigned line, sub‑assembly area, and work group.
• Monitor daily KPIs such as efficiency, conversion loss, production plan adherence, defects, start‑up, change‑over, and downtime.
• Communicate any situation that may impact KPIs to the immediate supervisor.
• Support training of new associates and manage rotation programs.
• Execute manufacturing set‑up according to line‑balancing worksheets.
• Maintain visual management tools and ensure inventory levels of work‑in‑process are within targets.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement opportunities in the work area.
• Enforce 6S discipline, safety regulations, and report unsafe acts.
• Prepare, complete, and verify documentation required by Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and batch records.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating assembly or packing operations in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs and ability to act on variance.
• Familiarity with visual management, 6S, and safety compliance.
• Ability to train and mentor production staff.
