About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance, accounting and treasury functions. The role involves shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sound budgeting, and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the company’s financial and budgeting strategy.
• Lead and supervise the finance, accounting and treasury teams.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and investment projections.
• Control costs, monitor expenses and evaluate business profitability.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax, fiscal and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors and external advisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and team leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and budget management.
