About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Boca Chica location, overseeing all daily operations to ensure sales targets are achieved and the branch runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Boca Chica branch, including the sales area and ensuring objectives are met.
• Monitor motorcycle inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Administer and oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
• Manage cash handling processes and supervise the cash desk.
• Control filing and documentation procedures.
• Oversee the workshop and mechanical team, ensuring quality service.
• Review activity schedules and coordinate parts orders for warranties and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all branch goals and performance metrics.
