About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of market strategies, pricing policies, promotional activities, and product launches. This role ensures the brand’s market presence is strong, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement market strategies, including pricing, promotion, distribution, and product mix.
• Analyze market research, competitor movements, and propose actionable plans.
• Lead product development based on customer insights and monitor product life cycles.
• Coordinate advertising, branch openings, and promotional events.
• Prepare profitability analyses for customers, branches, products, and promotions.
• Generate daily sales reports, manage POP material inventory, and oversee quality audits.
• Supervise the Customer Service department and ensure performance of sales agents.
• Report on client visits, project status, and quarterly action plans.
• Authorize departmental vacations and maintain departmental records.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience supervising teams and managing cross‑functional projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC and Windows‑based applications.
• Knowledge of industrial technology concepts.
