Estimator, Inside Sales

About the role

Flash is looking for an Estimator – Inside Sales to support its Construction team in delivering Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) solutions and EV chargers for new‑construction projects. This entry‑level position works closely with the Construction Sales team to identify opportunities, develop accurate bids, and build strong relationships with general contractors, developers and architects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Construction Sales team to prepare and deliver accurate PARCS bids nationwide.
• Verify pre‑qualification status of targeted general contractors.
• Develop, receive and review invitations to bid, responding with precise PARCS quotes by set deadlines.
• Organise and maintain contacts from awarded and previously bid projects to expand the estimator network.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractor estimators, developers and architects to secure future bid invitations.
• Use Flash’s internal administrative tools and Salesforce to track communications, document activities and monitor project progress.
• Ensure accurate handoffs to regional sales teams, providing contacts, project details and next steps.
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings with managers and internal teams to report progress and address blockers.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with an expert‑level understanding of Flash products.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
