Engineering Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

Integer is seeking an Engineering Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of engineers and technicians in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery and people performance goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and coaching to engineers and engineering technicians across one or more product lines or process areas.
• Set and track daily, weekly and monthly objectives for the team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with broader manufacturing goals.
• Act as the primary interface between the engineering team and other functional groups, coordinating resources and equipment efficiently.
• Support individual development plans for direct reports, guiding professional and personal skill growth.
• Resolve day‑to‑day technical issues, escalating to cross‑functional teams when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and embed a strong quality culture within the team.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise and develop engineering or technical teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Solid technical understanding of engineering processes and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Strong leadership style that promotes teamwork, open communication and adherence to company values.
• Experience applying procedures, concepts and quality standards to achieve operational goals.
