About the role
We are looking for a Guest Service Manager who will ensure that all members enjoy a high‑level experience during their stay, driving membership upgrades and satisfaction. This role is based in a hotel environment and involves close coordination with internal teams and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all members receive excellent service and support to increase membership upgrades.
- Coordinate member transfers and manage scheduling of staff.
- Guarantee the hotel provides the highest possible comfort and amenities.
- Maintain a log of member feedback and relay insights to corporate.
- Prepare statistical reports on arrivals, shows, and sales.
- Supervise and lead the team reporting to you.
