About the role

The company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead its accounting department. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial information, supervising daily accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the accounting department and manage the full accounting cycle.
• Prepare and file IR2 forms and related annexes.
• Produce financial statements and perform bank reconciliation reviews.
• Handle basic inventory management and tax calculations.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and foster positive labor relations.

Required profile

• Degree or graduate in Accounting.
• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Residence preferably in Distrito Nacional or nearby areas.
• Result‑oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
