Employee Line Support – Operations & Excursions (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an Employee Line Support professional to ensure smooth execution of excursions, transfers and other on‑site services for our guests in the Dominican Republic. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will act as the central point of contact between destination representatives, drivers, suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of excursions, transfers and related operational services.
• Coordinate activities with destination representatives, drivers, airports and internal departments.
• Monitor schedules, service delivery and ensure timely operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records, passenger lists, vouchers and service documentation.
• Handle incidents, last‑minute changes, cancellations and rescheduling requests.
• Provide ongoing support to destination representatives and promptly escalate quality or safety issues.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in tourism operations, hospitality, DMC or tour‑operator environment.
• Strong organisational, coordination and prioritisation abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Service‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work under operational pressure and manage incidents.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and variable schedules.
• Residence in Punta Cana or willingness to relocate.
