About the role

The Sales Executive will drive and strengthen The Macallan’s presence in the Dominican Republic, supporting commercial and brand execution to ensure high visibility, activation and positioning across strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with distributors, key accounts and premium/luxury leaders to generate growth opportunities.
• Execute action plans aligned with growth, profitability and brand positioning objectives.
• Maintain constant presence in priority accounts through regular visits and commercial support.
• Monitor sales KPIs, distribution, visibility, volume and activations, reporting results to the Activation Manager.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity, providing insights for commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Key Accounts, GT, On‑Trade, Off‑Trade) to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in premium spirits or luxury goods sales.
• Strong network within On‑Trade and Off‑Trade channels.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Results‑driven with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
