Director of Digital Practice – Visa Consulting

About the role

Visa’s Consulting and Analytics division is seeking a Director to lead and expand its Digital Practice across the region, driving digital transformation, AI, and product management initiatives for clients in payments and fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and develop the Digital Practice, increasing its presence in commercial opportunities and client transformation projects.
• Lead executive workshops, co‑creation sessions and thought‑leadership activities on digital transformation and AI.
• Expand the practice’s portfolio of solutions, adapting best practices from other markets and driving continuous innovation.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across Digital, Product Management, Customer Experience, Technology and AI, defining operating models and talent development.
• Champion AI enablement by integrating AI capabilities into offerings and promoting knowledge sharing across the market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 10+ years of experience managing AI products or projects and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in building and growing practices or service lines within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive‑level client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
