About the role

Pagés BBDO, the award‑winning Dominican advertising agency, is seeking a Digital Content Creator to produce engaging copy for social media, paid media and always‑on digital campaigns. The role works closely with creative, design, account and strategy teams to translate communication objectives into clear, audience‑focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and write content for social‑media editorial calendars.
• Produce copy, captions, headlines and texts for various digital formats and platforms.
• Adapt messages for paid media and always‑on campaigns, respecting each channel’s objectives.
• Translate briefs and strategies into relevant digital content ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, motion designers and audiovisual teams to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain brand consistency while tailoring tone for different audiences and formats.
• Cover events, activations and brand experiences, delivering real‑time social content.
• Stay updated on digital trends, formats, platforms and user behaviours to identify new opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.

Required profile

• Exceptional writing, conceptualisation and digital storytelling abilities in both English and Spanish.
• Proven experience creating content for social‑media calendars and editorial plans.
• Experience drafting copy for paid media, performance and always‑on campaigns.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, their formats and communication codes.
• Visual thinking and ability to collaborate with design, motion and audiovisual teams.
• Skill in adapting tone and style to diverse brands and audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and capable of handling several projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic agency environment.
