About the role

Join United as a part‑time Customer Service Representative and be the friendly face that welcomes travelers at our airports. You will assist passengers with ticketing, baggage, and travel inquiries, ensuring every journey starts and ends on a positive note.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and direct incoming calls, greet customers, and provide travel advice.
• Prepare tickets, determine fares, and arrange routing to meet passenger needs.
• Assist with baggage handling, tagging, and resolve related issues.
• Anticipate customer needs, maintain a safety‑first mindset, and handle inconveniences professionally.
• Work any shift within a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift baggage for an entire shift.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training.
