About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our institution. In this role you will deliver personalized, efficient and friendly service to patients and visitors, ensuring every interaction is professional and supportive.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to patients, visitors and callers.
- Guide individuals through the facility and answer inquiries about services.
- Schedule and manage appointments using the institution’s booking system.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and respond to email correspondence.
- Support general administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
- Act as the first point of contact, creating a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, patient‑focused attitude with a strong service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of interactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
