CRM & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The CRM & Lead Generation Specialist manages organizational operations in Salesforce, ensuring precise lead tracking, generating new leads, and implementing effective follow‑up strategies. Working closely with the Property Specialist, this remote role supports the expansion of the lead pool and drives sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce, tracking purchases, sales and detailed appointment remarks.
• Schedule and conduct follow‑up activities, including quality‑control calls after appointments.
• Re‑engage closed or lost leads older than 90 days to uncover new opportunities.
• Coordinate post‑appointment follow‑ups with the Property Specialist and establish communication protocols for leads not yet under contract.
• Engage potential sellers through conversations and cold calls to expand the lead pool.
• Arrange meetings or phone calls with potential sellers at their properties to discuss offers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM management, lead tracking and follow‑up coordination.
• Strong communication abilities to build rapport with potential sellers.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, especially the Property Specialist.

• Salesforce (or similar CRM system).
• Skip tracing software.
