Credit Manager – Pre‑opening at Luxury Resort

About the role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking a Credit Manager to join the pre‑opening team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the role will oversee credit policies, accounts receivable and collection processes to support the new luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage credit policies, review applications and set credit limits and payment terms for clients and corporate accounts.
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing and collection, ensuring timely follow‑up on outstanding balances and minimizing overdue accounts.
• Review daily credit and AR reports, identify discrepancies and risks, and take immediate corrective action.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Events, Front Office and other departments to manage credit agreements, deposits and billing documentation.
• Prepare financial reports, aging analyses and support month‑end closing while ensuring compliance with Four Seasons financial policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience in credit, accounts receivable or finance, preferably within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish and functional English.
