About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator will support Cayo Levantado Resort by implementing and overseeing a range of HR programs that foster a strong corporate culture, employee development, and effective performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, manage and supervise HR programs including corporate values, training, recognition, performance evaluation, onboarding, operational practices, development plans and trainee schemes.
• Handle labor relations, prevent and resolve conflicts, and maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
• Monitor employee medical leave, absenteeism and other incidents, ensuring accurate records.
• Control time‑punch data to guarantee correct payroll processing.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all HR processes.
• Manage staffing levels for the hotel, report any anomalies and adjust staffing plans as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a transversal HR role.
• Knowledge of conflict management, labor legislation, training and development, and recruitment processes.
• Proactive, organized, goal‑oriented and dynamic with strong communication abilities.
