Coordinador(a) de Hospitalidad y Servicios – República Dominicana

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Hospitality and Services Coordinator to accompany and supervise a group of clients during their stay in the Dominican Republic. The coordinator will be the main on‑site point of contact, ensuring that all contracted services are delivered promptly, efficiently and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients upon arrival and provide orientation throughout their stay.
• Coordinate and supervise daily hotel accommodation services.
• Arrange and monitor transportation between the hotel and the work site, Monday to Friday, ensuring schedules are met (8 am–6 pm).
• Oversee food service, checking timings, deliveries and service quality.
• Supervise laundry services and track garment delivery and return.
• Address any incidents, requests or needs of clients promptly.
• Maintain continuous communication with local providers to resolve issues.
• Report service progress and incidents to the general coordination team.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver quick, courteous solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, hotel management, events or service coordination.
• Proven ability to coordinate suppliers and services for corporate or group clients.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up capabilities.
• Quick problem‑solving skills and professional communication.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality and a presentable appearance.
• Availability to work onsite for the specified period and during the defined daily schedule.
• Preferably prior experience with corporate or international clients and basic English proficiency.
