About the role

The Content Editor will edit and review video and podcast footage for social media, YouTube, and paid campaigns, turning raw long‑form material into polished, platform‑ready content that aligns with the firm’s brand and storytelling goals.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and assemble long‑form video and podcast content into polished videos for YouTube and other platforms using industry‑standard tools.
• Add audio elements, music, voice‑overs, captions, lower thirds, and on‑screen graphics to improve comprehension and engagement.
• Apply color correction, grading, lighting, and contrast adjustments for a consistent, cinematic visual style.
• Create short‑form assets such as clips, teasers, vertical videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) and paid‑ad optimized videos.
• Adapt edits for platform‑specific best practices, including pacing, hooks, subtitles, and formatting.
• Organize and maintain raw footage, audio, and media libraries to support efficient workflows.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1‑3 years of proven video editing or digital storytelling experience.
• Action‑oriented, collaborative, resourceful and able to meet multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with optimizing assets for Facebook/Instagram paid placements and YouTube pre‑roll.
