Commercial Assistant – Sales Support

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Commercial Assistant to support our sales team. The role focuses on managing customer follow‑ups, quotations, and orders while ensuring smooth communication between internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the sales process, from quotation preparation to order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer, prospect, and sales opportunity databases.
• Record and track commercial activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up with customers and prospects according to department guidelines.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Production, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, KPIs, and performance analyses.
• Organize meetings, presentations, and commercial activities.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files of quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Monitor commercial deadlines, renewals, and commitments.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial assistant, sales support, or customer service role.
• Experience in commercial, distribution, trading or logistics environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal teams.
