About the role
The Collector is responsible for efficiently recovering outstanding accounts while maintaining professional communication with clients. The role supports the company’s cash flow objectives and contributes to achieving collection targets.
Key responsibilities
- Execute payment collections and follow‑up with clients who have overdue balances.
- Visit assigned clients according to a predefined route.
- Negotiate payment agreements and record commitments.
- Document all collections in the system.
- Monitor and report on delinquent accounts.
- Report any incidents or issues encountered during collection activities.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachiller).
- Experience in collections is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Familiarity with local routes and addresses.
- Strong customer service and effective communication.
- Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented.

- Base salary plus sales commissions.

- Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am‑2:30 pm.
