Client Success Manager – Professional Services

About the role

Origami Risk is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive adoption and value realization of its risk management platform for a portfolio of clients in the Dominican Republic. The role serves as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from onboarding through renewal while ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building relationships with users, managers and executives.
• Develop and maintain client success plans, track usage and value metrics, and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Own the end‑to‑end client lifecycle, coordinating onboarding, adoption, stabilization and renewal readiness.
• Identify early signs of risk, coordinate cross‑functional resources to resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Support, Technical Account Management, Product, Training and Professional Services to deliver a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client success, customer success or account management within a SaaS or technology‑focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to monitor health indicators and translate insights into action.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet client objectives.
