Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, performance, and governance of a diversified insurance and investment organization. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, advising the CEO/President and Board on capital, investment, and enterprise value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy, translating corporate goals into budgets, forecasts, and measurable objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, and monitor financial KPIs through executive dashboards.
• Oversee insurance finance, managing premiums, claims, reserves, and underwriting performance while partnering with actuarial and risk teams.
• Provide financial oversight of the investment portfolio, working with the CIO and Investment Committee on strategy, performance, and risk‑adjusted returns.
• Ensure strong financial governance, accountability, and regulatory reporting across the organization.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in financial planning, accounting, and capital management within a regulated financial‑services environment.
• Strong commercial and investment acumen with the ability to advise senior leadership on strategic financial decisions.
• Proven experience leading finance functions for insurance, investment, or similar diversified financial businesses.
