Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished, commercially‑driven Chief Executive Officer to steer the strategic growth, operational performance, and long‑term value creation of a diversified construction and real‑estate business. The CEO will own the organisation’s strategy, P&L, business development, construction delivery, real‑estate investment, and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term corporate strategy, driving expansion across construction, property development and real‑estate investment.
• Take full ownership of the P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and financial performance, while improving margins and working capital.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification and in compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Lead identification, acquisition, development and commercialisation of real‑estate opportunities, managing land acquisition, feasibility, approvals, construction, sales/leasing and asset disposition.
• Develop and execute business‑development strategies, forge strategic partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, institutional partners and government authorities.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, property development, real‑estate investment, infrastructure or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses, managing large project portfolios and delivering sustainable profitability.
• Strong financial acumen, capable of overseeing P&L, cash flow, capital allocation and investor relations.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence boards, partners and regulatory bodies.
