About the role
This full‑time Call Center Specialist position is based on‑site in La Romana. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, and delivering accurate information.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls following established scripts.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and document each interaction in the system.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Meet productivity and quality metrics while maintaining a courteous tone.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer support and service orientation.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow structured procedures.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer‑facing role is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Familiarity with telephony systems and call handling procedures.
- Basic office software competency.
