Business Development Partner

About the role

LMI Greater Caribbean is seeking a Business Development Partner to be based in the Dominican Republic. The role focuses on building and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering leadership development training and consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the training and development sector.
• Deliver leadership development training sessions and workshops.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide consulting services and strategic consultations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver customized solutions.

Required profile

• Strong leadership development and training capabilities.
• Proven project management and consulting experience.
• Effective sales skills with a track record of acquiring new business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work on‑site in the Dominican Republic.
• Experience in the training and development industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
