Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist (Remote, No Weekends)

About the role

Legal Staff Now is partnering with a large U.S. personal injury law firm to hire an experienced bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the first step of their legal journey. The position is fully remote, with a 40-hour week and no weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients
• Conduct personal injury intake interviews
• Gather and document essential case information
• Qualify potential cases
• Schedule consultations with attorneys
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
• Provide a professional, empathetic and exceptional client experience

Required profile

• 1+ year of personal injury intake experience with a U.S. law firm
• Proven experience closing personal injury leads and turning prospects into retained clients
• Fluent English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable handling high-volume inbound leads and intake calls
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to work with leads that do not convert on the first call

Required skills

• Strong sales and persuasion skills: building trust, creating urgency, overcoming objections and asking for the business
• Ability to qualify cases while keeping a sales focus
• Experience with legal CRMs such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate or MyCase is a plus

What we offer

• Pay of $1,000-$1,200 USD per month, with bonuses and commissions after month 3
• Monday to Friday schedules, 40 hours per week, no weekends: 8:00-16:30, 10:00-18:30 or 11:30-20:00 PST
