Bilingual Patient Care Representative

About the role

As the first point of contact between patients and the healthcare team, the Bilingual Patient Care Representative ensures timely assistance with appointments, follow‑ups and inquiries. The role requires delivering information with empathy, professionalism and strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling and follow‑ups.
• Provide accurate, non‑clinical information about services, availability and procedures.
• Assist patients in both English and Spanish with clarity and empathy.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and internal protocols.
• Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or ongoing university studies.
• Fluent or advanced level of English (and Spanish).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
