Bilingual IT Engineer – Level 1 (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual IT Engineer – Level 1 to be the first point of technical support for our US‑based clients. You will work remotely and on‑site in a hybrid setting, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of desktop and network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for customers via phone or remote access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, software, peripherals, and basic networking.
• Install, reinstall, and configure Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Office and Office 365 tools.
• Set up and maintain printers, monitors, routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Document all actions, notes, and timesheets in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill client requests and maintain system performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑first attitude and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to grow in the IT field.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems (desktop & server)
• Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite
• Antivirus/anti‑spam tools, VPNs, Active Directory, backup solutions
• Network printer configuration and basic networking concepts
• Ticketing systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
