Bilingual Call Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to serve as the first point of contact between patients and our healthcare team. You will provide timely assistance with appointments, follow‑ups, and general inquiries while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide accurate, non‑clinical information about services, availability, and procedures.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, addressing patient needs with empathy.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal company protocols.
• Document all interactions in the system and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in university studies.
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
