About the role

The Logistics Assistant will support daily warehouse operations and material flow for projects in airports, ports, and industrial facilities. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that goods are received, verified, recorded, and prepared efficiently to meet project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and register incoming merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock.
• Prepare and pack orders for delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to schedule deliveries.
• Update transport documentation and ensure timely arrival of materials.
• Respond to internal requests and provide basic support to clients and technical teams.
• Keep storage areas clean, orderly, and safe.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; technical training in logistics or administration is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge in inventory management and stock control.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities for warehouse documentation.
• Team‑player attitude, initiative, responsibility, and willingness to learn technical processes.
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Forklift operation.
