About the role

The Housekeeping Assistant Manager will oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across the resort’s facilities, ensuring a pristine and safe environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning personnel in hotels, offices, and other resort areas.
• Develop, implement, and enforce cleaning policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train new and existing cleaning staff, providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback.
• Prepare and manage budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
• Address guest complaints, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other department managers to achieve overall resort objectives.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing service or technical teams.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or managerial roles.
• Proven ability to lead decision‑making processes in line with company policies and local commercial plans.
• Strong self‑direction and ability to manage responsibilities independently.
