Asistente de Almacén – Control de Entradas y Salidas

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will support daily warehouse operations by managing inventory movements, receiving and dispatching materials, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping. The role also provides administrative assistance to the logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and record incoming goods, equipment and materials.
• Maintain control of inventory entries and exits using the designated system.
• Organize, identify and securely store products within the warehouse.
• Prepare and dispatch materials according to internal requests.
• Keep inventory documentation and movement records up to date.
• Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Generate reports and performance indicators using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with loading, unloading and moving goods when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Responsible and detail‑oriented individual.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading.
• Good communication skills for coordination with other areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
