About the role
The Bilingual Service Advisor will handle inbound phone calls, provide information, process requests and complaints, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments. The role follows established procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the company’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming customer calls.
- Coordinate services and verify that service commitments are met.
- Channel requests to the relevant personnel or departments when necessary.
- Meet productivity, quality, and RISE performance targets.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in an administrative, medical, technical, or nursing program.
- Preferably fluent in intermediate to advanced English and/or French.
- Basic knowledge of geography is a plus.
- Training in customer service or call‑center operations is preferred.
- At least six months of prior work experience is desirable.
