Asesor Comercial – Soluciones POS

About the role

WIPOS, an authorized distributor of HIOPOS in the Dominican Republic, is looking for a Commercial Advisor to promote its Point‑of‑Sale (POS) solutions to restaurants, retail stores, and beauty salons across the country. The role combines office work, phone outreach, and frequent on‑site visits to prospects and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in‑person visits.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand each business’s requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations and prepare tailored quotations.
• Follow up quotations through to closing and secure initial payments.
• Coordinate with the implementation team for seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system.
• Nurture relationships with existing customers to generate upsells and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a commercial advisor or B2B sales professional, preferably in technology or the food‑service sector.
• Strong verbal communication skills for face‑to‑face, phone, and messaging interactions.
• Disciplined daily prospecting and diligent follow‑up until closure.
• Goal‑oriented with measurable results.
• Organized and comfortable using CRM and other digital sales tools.
