Arquitecto – Architectural Design & Project Management

About the role

Eracra Arquitectos is seeking a full‑time Arquitecto to join its Santo Domingo office. The professional will blend creative architectural design with strong project management and software integration capabilities to deliver innovative, functional spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and urban projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Integrate software development tools and workflows into design and construction processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, urban planning regulations, and client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Strong background in architecture and architectural design.
• Proven project‑management experience in construction or urban‑planning contexts.
• Knowledge of software development and integration as it applies to architectural workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
