Analyst – Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) Core Consulting

About the role

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, delivering data‑driven solutions to issuers, acquirers and other payment ecosystem players. As an Analyst you will develop and execute high‑impact projects for Visa’s clients in the Dominican Republic, supporting initiatives that drive sustainable and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of detailed project plans, define tasks, responsibilities and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets expected results and calendars.
• Track and measure project performance, analyse results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in designing and delivering initiatives that increase client adoption of Visa products and tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payment processing trends, Visa solutions and technologies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD, PhD).
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to work in cross‑functional teams across countries and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
