About the role
Marsh is looking for a talented Operations Analyst to join its International Accounts team in the Dominican Republic. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and supports the billing and operational processes for multinational insurance policies.
Key responsibilities
- Process billing and renewal of insurance policies.
- Assist with credit note issuance.
- Provide operational support such as policy movements, inclusions, and related tasks.
- Monitor and follow up with insurers.
Required profile
- Current university student or graduate.
- 1‑2 years of experience in operational processes within personal insurance.
- Familiarity with billing systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Basic English language skills.
