About the role

We are looking for an organized, responsible and analytical professional to manage and monitor the company's accounting and financial operations. The role ensures accurate tracking of income, expenses, collections and payments, providing the management team with timely financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Control and record all income, expenses, collections and payments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain financial documentation.
• Prepare periodic financial reports to inform management of the company’s economic situation.
• Interpret financial indicators and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar accounting/finance positions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full accounting cycle.
• Familiarity with Dominican Republic fiscal regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using accounting and administrative software.
• Ability to generate and analyze financial reports.
