AI-Native Technical Project Manager & Software Architect

About the role

The AI‑Native Technical Project Manager & Software Architect turns business ideas and product visions into fully developed software, websites, and technical systems using AI‑driven development tools. Acting as both architect and general contractor, the role oversees multiple projects simultaneously, translating the founder’s vision into clear technical plans and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the founder’s goals and user experience, then convert broad ideas into detailed product requirements, system architecture, and development tasks.
• Manage several software and website projects at once, prioritising tasks, tracking progress, handling dependencies and defining next steps.
• Break complex work into smaller assignments for AI coding tools and agents, selecting the appropriate model or platform for each task.
• Write precise prompts for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub and other AI coding agents, providing context, documentation and technical constraints.
• Coordinate multiple AI tools as specialised resources while controlling token usage, context windows and costs.
• Review, test and validate AI‑generated code, identifying and correcting insecure, incomplete or overly complex solutions.
• Oversee frontend and backend development, databases, APIs, authentication, third‑party integrations, infrastructure planning and production deployment.
• Maintain organized project documentation to ensure continuity across tools, sessions and teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software engineering and full‑stack development.
• Ability to read, understand, debug and improve code that is largely AI‑generated.
• Knowledge of frontend and backend systems, databases, APIs, authentication and third‑party integrations.
• Experience with application architecture, infrastructure planning, cloud hosting and production deployments.
