Agentic Software Engineer (GitHub Copilot) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Software Engineer who will work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will join existing product teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers while leveraging GitHub Copilot as a primary development tool.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute to full‑stack projects.
• Use GitHub Copilot to generate and coordinate AI‑driven code across large codebases.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications.
• Design and maintain AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Iteratively improve AI‑generated output through structured feedback loops.
• Apply disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop review and risk‑adjusted validation for critical flows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, etc.).
• Extensive experience using GitHub Copilot as a primary development environment.
• Proven track record delivering production software where AI generates the majority of code.
• Strong context‑engineering skills and ability to write machine‑executable specifications.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and be authorized to work in the posting country.
