Agentic Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, product managers and AI/ML specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives from discovery and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Design and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries and UI frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver AI‑native experiences.
• Use AI‑assisted tools such as Cloud Cursor to accelerate prototyping, iteration and handoff.
• Ensure design quality through continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership of work and meet client commitments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, components, design systems, variables, handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Strong knowledge of agentic UX principles, human‑AI interaction and AI‑driven product patterns.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design and usability best practices.
• Experience building, scaling and maintaining design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Comfort working with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and AI/ML teams in Agile settings.
