Agentic AI Engineer (Python) - Remote

About the role

BairesDev is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build intelligent software systems driven by autonomous AI agents. The engineer connects advanced language models with complex workflows so that systems can carry out multi-step engineering tasks and collaborate within intelligent networks to reach operational goals. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable agentic orchestration frameworks and system architectures.
• Build and optimize autonomous multi-agent workflows that safely delegate tasks and reason through execution.
• Develop production-ready AI applications using advanced programming languages and systems design.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate autonomous behavioral models into existing enterprise ecosystems.
• Set up evaluation and governance frameworks to monitor and refine agent behavior under stress.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI engineering.
• Proven expertise in Python programming and in developing AI applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and architectures.
• Deep understanding of building and deploying autonomous AI agents or multi-agent workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
